Update program to PyQt6 and clean up a few things#10

-more icons have been added across the program's menus -all icons now look proper with both light and dark modes from PyQt6 -made the link in the Generate menu clickable -re-formatted the italic option in the Generate menu -all windows in BRFNTify now have the proper icon instead of the default/empty one -moved the export button below the import button in the menu bar (this may seem random but i've found myself mistaking them by muscle memory from almost every other program)

if you're wondering, i've made sure every single function in this application works properly after being ported to PyQt6, so there should be no issues that weren't already present in older versions (the only things i haven't tested are building the program/running the built version and running the application on any operating system aside from windows)
