This fixes the script when the release URL is opened with a query string.
E.g. the current version of the script on https://musicbrainz.org/release/d5692567-a1c4-43eb-8150-ce4aa37af53c?tport=8002
would link to https://harmony.pulsewidth.org.uk/release/actions?release_mbid=d5692567-a1c4-43eb-8150-ce4aa37af53c?tport=8002
The fix uses just the path when extracting the release MBID.
