Minor adjustments

-tidy up assembly data in output
-generate warning in the absence of TLRs for each assembly and continue
-locking in ggplot2 version to fix v4 bug with gggenomes

-Find TLRs in any assembly or set of assemblies
-Compare TLRs if providing multiple assemblies using -al
-Conda environment for installation of all dependencies (including R for plotting)
-Updated TLRFinder plots for a reduced contig ends subset for clearer images of likely repeat containing ends (easier to find alternative repeats if present)
