Configure otlp exporter with CaaS credentials when found. Fall back to Cloud Logging credentials when found and CaaS is unavailble. Download the CaaS server certificate if mTLS client cert and key are found. Signed-off-by: Karsten Schnitter <[email protected]>

The extension was tested with CaaS. No problems in the exporters were found. Setup of the connections seemed to be successful. |
