For the cases of passing muon, DIS and Genie events.
Once again need to bypass FairROOT branch management.

These changes ensure that each simulated event has and preserves its run ID and event ID.
This facilitates proper link btw original generated event and its digitized or digitized+MCEB counterpart.
All tested on small samples of passing muon, particle gun, muon DIS and neutrino Genie MC.
Note, it is no longer needed to force the cpp digi task exit: I dont know why, but I also never understood why the issue appeared in the first place.
It is planned to test also on a larger scale muon DIS MC and then we'll merge.
