Two minor bug fixes, but the new release is at the request of ALICE.

Version 2.2.0

Some minor improvements on version 2.1.0 between June and July 2016

1. Difference in Z and R was taken into account for asymmetric beams
2. Branching ratio is added to all channels and is taken into account when computing the cross-section
3. Some Improvements in the output of displayed warnings were made
4. Sample slight.out and slight.txt files were added to the configuration folder
5. Some bugs and typos were fixed.
