Because this script will only work with stocks that are likely to run big (small float and price) there is no point on running it for tickers that are too big. This adds the ability to have an excluded list of tickers that will be skipped.
In the list to exclude I have the tickers returned by Finviz with float > 20M and price > $10 (2.2k tickers so it should be 25% faster to run now).
