Description
This PR will add a new collection which contains all the unique metadata keys present in the datasets, which will be used to populate the search functionalities.
Motivation
Given the number of datasets that every facility has, it is not practical to extract the metadata keys on the fly when a list is needed. The best solution is to have a pre-compiled list which include which group has access to which metadata key
