Due to the rising need for sustainable energy sources, organizations, communities, and households are installing solar panels. However, solar panel systems often lack centralized tools to monitor energy production, storage, and consumption, which leads to inefficiencies, underutilization and low adoption.
This solution leverages ITSM for incident and problem management, CMDB to track solar assets, Field Service Management to dispatch technician , Performance Analytics for energy insights, Service Portal for user interaction, IntegrationHub for IoT and API connections, ESG management for sustainability reporting and Flow Designer to automate workflows.
