U-Net convnet with LCNN loss

Latest Updates:

1. Code added to visualise dataset. Run data_visualization.ipynb and fix the mask overlay for better visualization.
2. Added the mask overlay on images functionality to visualise the ground truth.
3. Updated the code for training the model, saving and loading checkpoints of trained models.
4. Uploaded the models also in the directory "models".
5. Visualization of prediction on test dataset added.
6. Jaccard score of 0.794 achieved using ensembles and LCNN loss for the models
