updated bstats from 2.2.1 to 3.0.0
updates spigot from 1.16.5 to 1.19
removed bstats repo as its already shaded and prevented the plugin from compiling (it will compile now) this one im not 100% sure about as there was no example to follow in slimefun pom.yml but i think i did it right
