Improve dashboard layout, global typography, and sidebar icons

Chnages

• Put the dashboard logo on its own centered line and refined hero spacing
• Left-aligned body content under the hero (including “Includes”)
• Added Inter font globally and kept monospaced fonts for code
• Replaced sidebar emojis with inline SVG icons and added consistent sizing/hover styles
• No functional changes; visual/UI improvements only

Testing

• Verified layout across pages using _Layout.cshtml
• Checked that links and navigation still work
• No linter errors introduced
