Added a gui for selecting your starting tribe upon joining a new world/server
The HUD will now fade out when not being used, so it's not always in your way when mining

- Added a behaviour for blaze disguises
- Changelings disguised as water creatures can now breath under water
Bat Ponies
- Added physical wings for bat ponies
- In addition to seeing in the dark, Bat Pony eyes are extra sensitive to the light

Fixed flight being cancelled when bumping into non-solid blocks
Fixed broken recipe advancements for mugs, pegasus amulet, and zap apple jam jars.
