Bumps @start9labs/start-sdk from 1.5.1 to 1.5.2 and renames the version file to 6.5.0:2 with refreshed release notes. 1.5.2 only fixes the Backups.withPgDump / withMysqlDump helpers, which this package does not use, so no code changes are required. Upstream simplexmq remains at v6.5.0.
