Fix: Crash when creating a joker

If unlock all has not been used and a joker is created while G.jokers does not exist, check_for_unlock would attempt to iterate through G.jokers.cards, causing a crash.

• I didn't modify api's or I've made a PR to the wiki repo.
• I didn't modify api's or I've updated lsp definitions.
• I didn't make new lovely files or all new lovely files have appropriate priority.
