Pid support & other improvements

1. Add pid support
2. Remove em_proxy since we rely on StosVPN
3. Fix alert position issue when app is not in fullscreen mode
4. Remove get-task-allow alert and replace with "No Debuggable App Found" screen. The screen looks like this:

@hugeBlack em_proxy is still needed because StikDebug uses a built in vpn.
