Feat/frontend/deadline toggle

Frontend features implemented:

• Event form now handles adding deadlines to database
• Generate schedule button now sends correct request to generate schedule

To-Do features:

• Make deadlines appear in the frontend
• Refresh frontend events after generating schedule
• Implement button and backend route/controller to delete generated schedule
• Clean up event form; potentially separate into its own component?
