After giving the required information to login, then click on the login button which takes you to the home page of the website as shown:

When user clicks on the Contact Us option on top then the following page opens
A user can fill the required informtaion here and thus can send the query
Once a user clicks on "Send" button then he/she is sent back to the home page
For logging out of the website the user clicks on logout option on top and then is sent back to the Login page.
