This pull request is to create docs for new dashboard creation on child orgs level (MSSP).

MSSP support for Dashboard

@JV0812, it's confusing to have a separate article "Create a Dashboard for Child Orgs (MSSPs)" that duplicates information from the "Create a Dashboard" article. Why don't you add the MSSP information to the "Create a Dashboard" article?

@jpipkin1 Thanks for looking into this. Our existing doc for "Create a dashboard" supports all three types of query (Logs, Metics, and Traces), but for MSSPs we only support Logs query. And in our existing doc UI we don't have the option to create a dashboard in child orgs level and in MSSPs we have the option to select the child org of our choice, and the UI differs a bit.

I thought adding these information in the same doc can confuse the reader or every time we need to differentiate the content we would require to mention MSSPs. So, just to avoid all these hassle I created a standalone doc. We have followed the similar approach for Log Search UI also.
