Organized mirror scripts, separating operational and utility scripts. Added a README to the mirror section of the data_flow repo. Abstracted some information in the scripts via environment variables. Refactored the way in which gatekeeper_globus.py compares the ym.hashes file to the files in the holding directory. The new method is much cleaner and should be faster since the old method was hashing the entire holding directory for each ym found locally. Set the globus scripts up to run on CM's endpoint and app rather than RR's (with abstracted mirror_uuid and app_id).
