Remove tdp status generate-stales command

Additional comments

The tdp status generate-stales command is not useful anymore.

It was created to update the database in the event of the tdp_vars being updated manually. Other changes to the tdp_vars (tdp init, tdp vars edit, tdp vars update) already automatically update the database.

As of today:

1. We do not recommend to update the tdp_vars manually anymore. tdp_vars should be considered as an internal store for tdp_lib to keep track of cluster configuration. User configuration should be imported using the --override option (which will be renamed to --conf).
2. Furthermore, the tdp vars update could be used as a drop-in replacement.
