VChat Log Enhancements

PR Purpose and Benefit

Enhances VChat logging! Now VChat tracks and displays which rounds you have and have not previously downloaded, and also adds a batch download button for all not downloaded logs. Also tweaked things so line breaks display right in downloaded logs.
