Sorry, I should have tested this on the burrowbot before. I'm not sure what some of the animations added do, but I assume everything else is fine. I'm going to add some cool things for auton, though |

restructure Lights slightly to focus on managing lights
add support for blinking, for near future support for blinking during end game
