修复互动授权时复用已删除或属于其他账户的缓存 device_id，导致 ACTIVE_ENTITLEMENT_REQUIRED 403。每次互动授权先幂等注册设备；旧设备 key 被停用时自动轮换本机 Ed25519 设备身份。新增回归测试，并发布 Launcher 3.4.6。
