Why did Ruins have Masterkeys, and why did it take me this long to learn about it. Anyways, in all seriousness, there should not be any (let alone MULTIPLE!!!!???) Master Keys sitting in Intercoms outside the station for Salvagers and Outside Antagonists to grab without any conflict. You want Comms? Take it off someone or earn the loot from Lavaland or whatever, bub. Earn it the way us Pioneers did.

About the PR

DJStation and Biodome Ruins had Intercoms with Master Keys in them.
Fucking deleted the Intercoms, made the DJStation live up to it's name slightly more with some instruments and some carpet and lights for a more private experience if wanted. Less of a Ruin, more of a treasure.

Why / Balance

Master Keys being available with zero challenge to Salvagers, Lone Ops, Ninjas and Solarians is fucking busted, and should have never been an option for people to get their hands on.
