Resprite Pens + Port Designer Pens From Impstation

About the PR

Reprited the existing pens (excluding the pen light) and ported designer pens from Imp as a four point loadout item.

Why / Balance

I think they look better, and the designer pen's cool.

Technical details

Added rsis in the Den namespace, edited prototypes to use them. new yml file in the Imp namespace for the designer pen. Also loadout stuff.
