Add leaderboard page with sidebar navigation entry
Description
This pull request introduces a new Leaderboard page to theguild.dev and adds a corresponding link in the sidebar navigation.
The page is intentionally left empty at this stage, serving as a structural and navigational foundation for upcoming leaderboard-related features.
Rationale
This change addresses Issue #141 and supports the broader Public Contributor Leaderboard initiative (#138).
By establishing the route and navigation entry upfront, it enables incremental development of related features such as contributor rankings and badge-based leaderboards in follow-up pull requests.

No data fetching or UI population (out of scope by design)
