Upgraded Shared, Shared.DomainDrivenDesign, and Shared.EventStore packages to 2026.2.2 across all projects. Updated Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk to 18.3.0 in test projects. Also bumped SecurityService.Client, TransactionProcessor.Client, and related integration/testing helpers for consistency. No code changes, only dependency updates.
