Upgraded multiple NuGet dependencies to latest versions across all projects for improved compatibility and security. Enhanced GitHub Actions workflow to generate, publish, and upload test result artifacts using trx logger and test-reporter, improving visibility and retention of test outcomes. Minor version bumps for Swashbuckle, NLog, and Azure Containers Tools included.
