Upgraded multiple dependencies to their latest versions, including EntityFrameworkCore (10.0.3), Swashbuckle.AspNetCore (10.1.4), NLog.Web.AspNetCore (6.1.1), Azure Containers Tools (1.23.0), and Shared packages (2026.2.1). No other code or configuration changes were made.
