Upgraded various NuGet dependencies in four project files to their latest versions, including Shared, SecurityService.Client, Shared.Logger, TransactionProcessor.Client, TransactionProcessorACL.DataTransferObjects, Shared.Results, and Microsoft.Extensions.Configuration packages.
