Replaced JwtBearer with OpenIddict validation for authentication in TransactionProcessorACL. Updated configuration to require SecurityConfiguration:ApiName. Adjusted test and feature files to remove estateManagement and voucherManagement scopes/resources, and ensured correct claims for transactionProcessor. Added OpenIddict packages. Removed obsolete BootstrapperTests.cs. Updated test data and generated files to align with new auth setup.
- Relaxed PasswordTokenOnlyPolicy requirements on endpoints; now only general authorization is enforced. - Introduced ClaimsHelper2 for improved claim extraction and validation; updated usage in GetRequiredClaims. - Updated appsettings.json with SecurityConfiguration.Authority. - Minor code cleanups and using directive adjustments.
