Added lucide-react version 0.539.0 to package.json for icon support in the project. This should help replace some of the icons with a Lucide's CDN instead of having to deliver server side images

Enhanced the mobile navigation menu with modern blur effects, improved transitions, and custom scrollbar styling in CSS. Updated Header component to manage mobile menu state with React hooks, toggling menu visibility and icon. Minor cleanup in index.tsx by commenting out unused Ghost component. Improved AOS initialization in _app.tsx with additional options and cleanup.
