2022Q4 bind-9.18 is broken

The SMF service is unable to start.

named: named-checkconf failed to verify configuration

The file has been moved:

# ls -l /opt/local/bin/named-checkconf
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 65920 Jan  5 20:02 /opt/local/bin/named-checkconf*

The 9.16 version the file is still in sbin and the service starts up normally.
