Experimental To CHREST Format

Matlab is used to generate the CHREST HDF5 files from Matlab .m files.

  1. Open the support/experimentToChrestFiles.m in MatLab. You do not need to copy or duplicate this file.

  2. Change your current working directory to the directory holding the .m files as shown in the example below. image

  3. Update the metadata, grid, and time information for this set of results.

  4. Run the MatLab code to generate the h5 files.
