This PR will contain all the updates to the HIV and related modules given both the insights gained from the MIHPSA work and the new data received from DHA.

Updates include:

  • better classification of FSW population, this is now a capped figure which is stable over time
  • HIV self-testing included and calibrated to recent reports
  • prep for FSW included through regular poll
  • retention on PrEP increased to match person-years on PrEP from MOH reports
  • loggers for person-years on prep and new VMMC included
  • death rates for HIV/TB co-infection modified to reduce overall death rate in line with Spectrum estimates

@joehcollins this branch will contain all the ongoing updates to the HIV (and related) modules. Once tests have passed, we can merge this into your branch for the integration work. More updates are coming...

Hi @tdm32 - thanks for this. So once this is merged in then we add the logic for changing screening in the integration module?

Once the tests are passing, this could go in. Then I'll work from your branch to add in the screening - hopefully Monday
