Blocked: a clean
pm ci\ in \docs\ fails with ERESOLVE. This PR silently updates ESLint 8 to 10, but \eslint-plugin-react@7.37.5\ only supports through ESLint 9. Do not merge until the ESLint/plugin compatibility is resolved.
