This pull request updates the CI workflow configuration and updates the contact email address on both the English and Norwegian contact pages. The workflow improvements modernize and simplify the CI pipeline, while the contact page changes ensure users reach the correct email address.
Workflow improvements:
.github/workflows/main.yamlto use the latest Ubuntu runner (ubuntu-latest), simplified the branch specification, and switched the secret scanning step to use the officialtrufflesecurity/trufflehogGitHub Action instead of a manual install.
