Summary

keep using ros2 topic pub for nav go
publish a proper YAML/JSON object for std_msgs/String with the JSON payload nested under data
avoid the previous shell/YAML construction that produced Python-style dict strings

Test

python3 -m py_compile src/tinynav_cli/cli.py
