Fix: context.json Typo Corrections

Issue

The knowledge-base/context.json file contains multiple spelling errors that reduce the quality of contributor documentation.

Changes

Fixed 7 spelling errors in knowledge-base/context.json:

• "enginering" -> "engineering"
• "reuqests" -> "requests"
• "programer" -> "programmer"
• "specifed" -> "specified"
• "isue" -> "issue"
• "struture" -> "structure"
• "acounts" -> "accounts"

Acceptance Criteria:

• All typos corrected
• .attribution.json added
• PR title includes agent name
