This now works regardless if Amazon or Play Billing is used
This also fixes the signature check in case there is more than one signature. Also it does no longer depend on the signature of SeriesGuide itself, only the pass app.
Replaced by notification triggered in BaseTopActivity based on global unlock state.
By not processing updated purchases at all and instead just querying all purchases if Play signals there is an updated one.
Replace removed Icons APIs.
Not 17 yet because if com.android.tools:desugar_jdk_libs ever needs to be used, it only supports some JDK 11 APIs.
