HotFix 0.9.1

Fixed an issue where the size of the players hashtable was not being used to find all of the players when starting the game and drawing cards for the players.

This is the final submitted form. I may come back to this and update this version, but the main focus would be rewriting this in C#. It is missing a few things like a command to trigger effects on the main phase.
