CI: add github actions for some CI runs
- If the last value is empty, do not fail but set it to an empty string - Removed the increment of the cursor after the header's extraction. - Added a case for the slash to the switch which handles the escaped chars. - Refactoring the tests, trailing spaces now supported just after headers.

Yes, quite a few of them won't ever be visible to end users, but fixing them nonetheless to ease future automated checking.
