I noticed that the WellKnownEnd did not reflect the latest well known spec here:

I had Claude generate tests and code according to the spec that resolves AIDs, schemas, or witness OOBIs depending on the content type by using the index.json file to pre-load SAIDs of all contents from the local directory and serve them using Falcon.
