Summary

support selecting multiple account JSON files in admin import
normalize exported data files, raw account arrays, and single account JSON
objects
merge multiple selected files into one import payload before calling the
existing import API

Testing

npm run test:run -- src/utils/tests/adminDataImport.spec.ts src/
tests/integration/data-import.spec.ts
npm run build
