The following JIRA tickets were completed at least to 1st draft: * Page numbers * Header and footer as specified * Third column in tables with checkbox for marking completion or ok * Spacing in between lines of source and target verses in order to allow interlinear handwritten notes * Lined page at end of document to allow place for freeform collation of issues from throughout the document organize and share with others
