This allows for cax-like job submission to the Open Science Grid for data processing. It also includes scripts that make it easy to do reprocessing without having to go through cax. Instead it uses Condor DAGMan to handle bookkeeping of jobs on the grid. All processing is done on single zip files, rather than entire runs.
