New default keybinds

List of changes:

• Wand S bound to throttle max and idle
• sensitivity switcher changed from comma to E
• spoiler and gear brake split into D and B respectively
• smoke generator switcher changed from P to '
• pause changed from Pause Break to P (because a lot of keyboards don't have Pause Break nowadays)
• dialogue menus for autopilot and radio comms changed from (respectively) Backspace and Enter to [ and ]
• F6 and F9 rebound to ILS and tower views
• switch view target changed from F9 to F11
• variable geometry manual adjust (previously unbound) set to + and -
