Science and Metrics

This page exists to make clear what data Operadora sends back as well as how it's used.

If you would like to disable metrics, simply go to server.properties.conf and set send-metrics to false.

What data is sent back

On load:

• Enabled modules.
• Enabled commands.
• Your server identifier (this is used to differentiate your server and is random. Unless you distribute it, it cannot be traced back to you).

Every 15 minutes (used as a heartbeat):

• Your server identifier

The purpose of tracking this data

This data is tracked so feature usage can be identified so work can be put into the correct place.
