👨‍💻 Changes proposed

Added a new interactive "Joke Teller" feature that fetches a random joke from an open API.
Implemented text-to-speech (TTS) using the SpeechSynthesis API for an engaging user experience.
Separated concerns by placing CSS and JavaScript in dedicated files under /assets/css and /assets/Js.
Ensured clean UI design with a classic serif look and responsive layout.
